You can use the İDOMATİKs at our terminals to print a ticket you have purchased previously by dialling our Call Center at +90 850 222 44 36 or using our Internet service without having to queue at the ticket office. To print your ticket, all you have to do is insert the credit card you used for the transaction into the İDOMATİK's card reader.

How to use an İDOMATİK
Tickets purchased by dialling +90 850 222 44 36 or online at www.ido.com.tr can be transformed into physical tickets by using İDOMATİK, which is located at our central terminals.
İDOMATİK works on the principle that when a credit card is inserted, it will print all the tickets that have been purchased with that credit card:
İDOMATİK will print all previously purchased tickets, including returns and tickets with different dates and routes, simply by inserting your credit card.
If you do not wish to print the return part of the round trip ticket you have purchased for different journeys, please have your ticket printed at the ticket office, informing the attendant about the ticket you do not wish to have printed.
Note: It is not possible to print your ticket at the ticket office when there are less than 5 minutes remaining before departure time.
