In the event that İDO must cancel an inter-city or fast fery trip:

  • The price of UNPRINTED tickets (those purchased from our WEB Site or from Call Center +90 444 44 36) will be refunded automatically to the credit card they were purchased with.
  • To cancel and obtain a refund for PRINTED tickets you can take them to any of the IDO Ticket Sales Offices within 1 month of the date of the cancelled journey.

In the case of tickets purchased from 444 44 36 or from our WEB Site, the credit card used for the transaction will be credited with the refund within 10 working days after the ticket cancellation.  

Important Notice  

The cancellation of an outward journey in the case of return tickets does not necessitate the cancellation of the return journey.  
Our passengers may cancel their return journey if they wish, subject to the current
cancellation conditions of their ticket class.

A printed ticket may only be cancelled by the person whose name appears on it.
